Mother dumps baby at doorstep of pastor, leaves emotional note

An unidentified mother has abandoned her newly born baby with a suicide note at the doorstep of a pastor at Ahodwo, a suburb of Kpong in the Lower Krobo Municipality of the Eastern Region.


According to the suicide note left behind by the mother, the baby was delivered on Saturday, July 15, before she decided to abandon her.

The baby was left at the doorstep of the resident pastor of the New Covenant Apostolic church at Ahodwo on Sunday, July 16, 2023.

The distressed woman stated in the note that, taking her life was the only way the baby could survive. Below is the details of the note she left.
