How America Created ‘HIV/AIDS’ to kill Black People – Thabo Mbeki

Image
The HIV/AIDS epidemic was first reported by the  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) back in 1981.  Almost immediately, rumors began to spread like wildfire that the deadly virus was concocted to destroy the Black race.  But how could such a theory develop? The Ashanti Regional Director of the electoral commission (E/C), Mr. Serebour Quaico, has noted that he does not see the reason why the E/C should extend the date set for the NHIS re-registration exercise. This comes in response to calls by some opposition groups including the NPP for the electoral Body to extend the date set for the NHIS card registrants whose names were deleted from the register to check and get their names re-registered.
