ABRANTIE COLLEGE TREATS LEGACY GIRLS COLLEGE LEAVERS

 Abrantie college, a renowned cosmetology institution in the Greater Accra Region, has as part of their activities for the year, organized a one day practical exercise at Legacy Girls College, in the Greater Accra Region.


The program was to orient the outgoing students of Legacy Girls College on how to groom themselves as they leave the school for their various homes.


In an interview, the Deputy Head Domestic, Mrs. Elizabeth Osei Poku expressed her profound gratitude towards the management of Abrantie college for their kind gesture.


She said, she believes the training will enable the outgoing Students of Legacy Girls College take good care of themselves and broaden their knowledge about beautification and good appearance.

Students of Nursing and Midwifery training collages in the country have applauded the Ministry of health for suspending some heads of nursing and midwifery training collages in the country for charging exorbitant and unproved fees.   The Minister of health, Hon Alex Segbefia, addressing a press conference yesterday announced that heads of the Mampong Nursing and Midwifery College, Cape Coast Nursing and Midwifery Training College and School dispensary Optics have all been directed to step aside while investigations into allegations of extortion from students begin.   Commenting on the development, the President of Ghana health nurses and Midwifery training Association, Akazi Godwin Asabre told TOPNEWS1 that the decision taken by the Ministry has been long overdue, as they have suffered the intolerable act of the collage heads for a very long time.   He added, they are really impressed with the action taken by the Health Ministry since it will pave way for peopl...

    The Programs manager of Center for Human Rights and Advanced Legal Research, Mr. Akosah Ernest, has urged the Electoral commission (EC) to strive for perfection and scrap the current voters register as majority of the Ghanaian populace is demanding.
